The Yarbrough Project was proposed by ASB Properties, and was approved by the City Council in 2008. The project amended the Zoning Map and the Southport Framework Plan Land Use Diagram. An Environmental Impact Report was circulated and approved for the project. The project also includes an approved Development Agreement.
